Brief resilience scale

Understanding how we perceive our own resilience helps make us aware of our need for personal and community wellness. This brief resilience reflection from PsyToolkit.org can help you open a conversation on students’ self-perceived resilience and strategies for strengthening their own resilience. The researchers found an overall sample mean of 3.7 in the study for which this instrument was developed.
