Fairness in decision-making (PI Practice M2) relies on understanding how our course of actions affects all partners (PI Practice M1). Yet having discussions around values can often lead to defensiveness and disharmony instead of toward solutions. Use this structure for classroom deliberation to help students better understand the role of deliberation in equitable decision-making.
