Ethics Centre playlist, part 2: ethical decision making

Good decisions are rooted in values (Practice M1) and include critical reflection (Practice I2) to uncover the ways that our own biases and unquestioned beliefs affect our values. It seeks to explore the culture and context in which we operate (Practice C1) and to understand how people might be affected by the consequences of our decisions (Practice P2). As this follow-up to the “Purpose, Values, and Principles” video above explains, ethical decision-making considers both the values and the potential impact of innovation.
