The PI practice of Systems Thinking encourages collaboration within and across organizational boundaries. This video describes how Avondale Elementary School District (AESD) and Bayless Integrated Healthcare provided an innovative example of systems thinking which reduces student absenteeism through organizational collaboration. Use this video and the accompanying questions to prompt a classroom discussion around how schools can reach outside their own walls to enhance the flourishing of all members of the learning community.
