“Engaging multiple and diverse perspectives” (PI Practice C2) involves embracing—actively seeking out through inclusivity—the complexity of divergent values (Practice M1) and cultural and contextual experiences (Practice C1). As explained in this short video, taking multiple perspectives doesn’t mean giving up your own beliefs but “to be in the world with more possibilities and a larger solution set to the intractable complex challenges that we face.”
