What is a critical reflection? Introducing the “what, so what, now what” model

Writing up what we have learned from an experience can help us make longer-term changes, leading to what Principled Innovation refers to as “positive change for humanity.” In this introduction to critical reflection (3 minutes), students are introduced to the concept of critical reflection and a framework to guide a written reflection for class.
